About the Staff Selection Commission (SSC):

SSC JE 2016 is held in two major parts which are,

Written test 500 marks in total
Interview 100 marks in total

SSC Written Test pattern:

  • This particular examination will have all questions pertaining to objective type.
  • Questions asked will be of multiple choice types.
  • The forms will be collected and the applicants only who are successful in paper 1 will be asked to appear for paper 2 consecutively.
  • First paper will be of Multiple choice question types while the second one will be of conventional type.

SSC Interview Exam pattern:

  • After, passing this written test, applicant will be e-mailed for further process and whether they are being called for interview process.
  • All the Applications submitted will be verified and accordingly, candidates selected will be short-listed.
  • The list will be either displayed on the website itself, or either the applicant will be sent notification through email.
  • When the applicant has completed their Interview or written test, they will be called for the next round through email. Henceforth, valid email must be submitted.
  • Also, the call-letter might not be sent through mail and hence, the applicant must maintain the print out and carry with them while reaching the premises for further round.
