OSCB Recruitment 2017 – Advertisement for Chief Executive Officers:

Vacancy for the Chief Executive Officers Posts at given District Central Cooperative Banks by Odisha State Cooperative Bank LTD. ( OSCB ).

Job Description:

OSCB or Odisha State Co-operative Bank has released a Notification/Advertisement for the Recruitment of the Post of  Chief Executive Officers for the District Central Cooperative Banks in the State of Odisha. Required Qualification:

All the Candidates contesting for the Post of Chief Executive Officers at DCCB are informed that according to the OSCB Recruitment 2016, the candidates need to fulfill one or more of the following qualification criteria –

  • Post Graduation or C.A. / Cost Accountant in any discipline with 8 years of experience at any middle or senior level in banking sector.
  • DBF/ Graduation with CAIB / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management / or equivalent qualification with 8 Years of experience in banking sector at any middle or senior level.

The Candidate will maximum experience and qualification will be subjected to be selected for higher order of chief executive officers i.e. with higher pay and rank.

Age Limit:

As per the advertisement posted by OSCB Recruitment 2017, the Age Limit for all the above-given post is as of 1th April 2015 he/she should be less than 50 years old and minimum 21 years old. However, for qualified and deserving candidates, the age limit is subject to relaxation.

Selection Process:

The selection Process will be undertaken by Institute of Banking Personnel and Selection (IBPS).

Candidates will be subjected to attend the first round i.e. Written Test online, upon successful attempt and those candidates qualified will be sent to the Interview or Viva Voce for final consideration. The selected candidates will be entitledfor the 17 posts available.

Salary Structure:

The Salary Structure for all the given post of scale pay of 28350/- to 41400/- adding grade pay of 1000/- and 1150/- respectively. All the selected candidates are given salary allowances such as Medical allowances, City Compensatory allowance, Education allowance, Travel allowance, etc. The Salary is highly negotiable.
