The students who fail to complete their semester and final exams have the opportunity to complete their courses by appearing for the backlog/ supplementary examinations. The common entrance exam results do not display the roll numbers of disqualified students as they failed to secure the minimum cut-off marks.
Merit List :
The merit index for entry into Master degree courses are prepared under the guidance of the respective Department’s faculty and administrative head. The ranking order of merit is determined on the basis of the aggregate marks percentages secured in the UG programme. The officially specified weight age is also taken into consideration to determine the final merit index. The merit list is tabulated in descending order of percentages starting from high 70s to mid 50s. The tabulated list also includes the student’s name, father’s name, registration number and reservation category i.e. UR, OBC, Girls, and SC. The merit list is not final and original document verification precedes the enrolment of students into higher academic courses.
