Job Description:

 

Sr. Manager – Social Urban Infrastructure Banking Group :

 

Description of work: The selected candidate is expected to develop and maintain portfolio of Affordable Housing / Education Client / Granular Healthcare corporate clients. Their role will be to provide advice and guidance to the clients on issues of funding strategies, guiding them to make appropriate choice of between various products guaranteeing maximum with the bank ROI. The candidate is alone liable for, structuring, acquiring credit approvals and operation of financial operational solutions for the clients portfolio; Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and developing suitable financial assistance to the clients, project budget, balance sheet budget, acquisition financing and so on.
He will guide by providing financial solutions for their cash management, trade financing, treasury solutions, and so on. He will have to monitor the client’s financial performance on regular basis. He will also be responsible for assisting the relationship management group in research and analysis of the clients, and markets.

Skills required: The candidate is expected have full knowledge of Affordable Housing / Education /and Healthcare clients; knowledge about corporate/institutional services in India; he should be a self motivated person focused on the growth of the organization. He should be open to new changes and should have an urge to progress and grow.
Experience Required: 2-7 years

Sr. Manager/AVP – Social Urban Infrastructure Banking Group:

Description of work: The appointed candidate is expected to develop and maintain portfolio of Affordable Housing / corporate clients. Their role will be to provide advice and guidance to the clients on issues of funding strategies, guiding them to make appropriate choice of between various products guaranteeing maximum. Candidate is responsible for instigation, structuring, acquiring credit approvals and financial operations and solutions for a portfolio of clients; Estimating risk on credits, profile of companies and developing suitable financial solutions to their clients projects.

He will guide by providing financial solutions for their cash management, trade financing, treasury,and so on. He will have to monitor the client’s financial performance on regular basis. He will also be responsible for assisting the management and  research analysis of the clients, and markets.

Skills Required: The candidate is expected have full knowledge of Affordable Housing / Education /and Healthcare clients; knowledge about corporate/institutional services in India; he should be a self motivated person focused on the growth of the organization. Experience Required: 2-7 years

Branch Service Delivery Leader:

Description of Work: The selected candidate is expected to monitor and manage account opening and management of those accounts. He will have to take care of the client’s queries and will be responsible in determining customer satisfaction. He will have to ensure timely account opening, checking documents for account opening. He will have to undertake with NOC, Product; Sales RM, whenever required. Timely follow up with Sales RMs for resolving any outstanding deferrals. He will be responsible for trouble free working of the bank staff, ensure that all staff reaches on time and there is no delay in any process.  He will have to support the Business Managers/Business Heads/Financial control team in development and
preparation of audit related matters i.e. internal /external documents. He will have to monitor all transactions in the branch and will have to maintain a strong MIS system. He will be responsible for up gradation of the skills of the staff from time to time. He will have to monitor whether all data, records and database of the customers, their queries are maintained in a systematic manner. Coordinate with relationship managers and meet /and interact with clients on a regular basis to get the  feedback  on different levels of service and the happiness of consumer.
He will also be responsible of taking care of all the audit related processes. He will have to attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately; he will be responsible for checking the DCFC checklist thoroughly and  see to it that it is signed off on daily
basis. He will have to conduct self audits on weekly basis and will have to work closely with the senior management.

Skills Required: The candidate should be graduate/Post graduate MBA, CA, Engineer from a reputed
university or business schools. Candidates having AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB and other such  certifications will get preference. He should have knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO, 5S, Kaizen and other such programmes. He should have at least three years experience in Banking Operations or Service Roles. He should have experience of two years of as a team leader.

Experience Required:  5-10 years

 

Trainee:

 

Description of work

The candidate should be skilled in Commercial Business Banking and should possess good communication skills.

Client Relationship Partner (CRP):

Description of work: The candidate will be responsible for attaining of Quality CASA; start of NTB CASA Accounts; achievement of Qualified and start Higher CASA variants; gaining of CASA Values-CASA AMB. He will have to take care of the sale of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products. He is expected to develop good long lasting relationship with the clients, and see to it that the YES banks guidelines are adhered to. Ensure timely rise in the business of the bank. Ensure that timely MIS reports are developed and submitted. He should be well versed in computers, especially MS Office. He should possess knowledge on issues related to Retail Banking, Consumer Banking, Branch Banking
Experience required: 5 years

Branch Business Leader:

Description of work: The appointed candidate will be responsible to manage and upkeep the Branch and its ATM; he will have to look after the profit/loss and balance sheet of the branch; he will have to monitor the daily book keeping. He will have to acquire new CASA accounts and generate new business opportunities. He will have managed the selling of various Third party products and Asset products. Maintain cordial relations with HNI customers. He has to adhere to the standards, guidelines and work performance of the Yes bank. He will have to develop an initiate team building and team spirit; he will look after the training and skill development of the team members. He will be responsible for conducting C customer engagement programs and marketing events. He should have full know how about daily banking operations, products and services. He will be responsible for Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer’s assets; proper functioning of CRM by the Sales, Relationship and BSD departments.

Skills Required: The contender who have the capability in writing and speaking communication skills; well experienced in computers, knowledge on MS Office.

Experience required: 6-15 years

Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (SM/AVP) :

Description of Work: The finalized candidates alone responsible for instigation, developing, obtaining credit approvals and execution of financial solutions for a portfolio of clients; assessing credit/risk profile of companies and developing suitable financial solutions for them in structured finance; monitor regularly the performance of the account clients; he will  assist the Relationship Management Group in issues related the industry and market

Skills Required: He should possess full knowledge of corporate banking marketing concepts; should know everything about the Indian corporate & institutional financial services. He should be a self motivated person to achieve the goals of the organization

Experience Required: 4-9 years

Relationship Manager-Emerging Corporate Group(Manager/Sr.Manager):

Required Qualification:

Branch Service Delivery Leader:

The interested candidates should have a graduate/post graduate degree from a reputed and recognized university or institution.

If a candidate is applying for the post of Branch Service Delivery Leader then he should possess a graduate, PG,  MBA, CA, Engineer from an approved institute/best business schools. Having AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications  will be an added advantage

Age Limit:

The competitors who have the ability to meet the required age criteria as per organization rules and regulations can only apply

Selection Process:

The applicant selections will be based on a written test followed by a personality test and interview. It will be conducted by the recruitment committee of the Bank. Selection will be strictly on merit and performance of the candidates in the above exam.
