West Bengal HS Result 2016 will be declared on 15th or 16th of May, 2016

The West Bengal Board organized the HSC examination in the month of March 2016 of all streams such as Arts, Science and Commerce. The examination was started in the month of February 2016 and ended in March 2016. The West Bengal Board notified to declare the results on 15th or 16th May 2016. The results can be viewed on the official website of West Bengal HSC Board wbchse.nic.in   . The final dates for the results are yet to be declared soon. It is expected the results will be declared on 15th or 16th May 2016. So stay connected and visits the website regularly. Students can check their results by their roll number and name wise on the official website. Around more than 5 lakhs candidates have appeared in the examination. Let’s see the overall result of this year and hopes to be the best.

  6. Download your result and get the print of it for your references.

About West Benagl HSC Board:

The Board of Higher Secondary Education in West Bengal for 11th and 12th standards is handled by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education also known as WBCHSE. WBCHSE was established in the year 1975. The head quarter of the West Bengal is located in Vidyasagar Bhavan, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, India. There are number of private and government schools which are affiliated to the West Bengal Board. The enrollments of students are extremely tremendous from the formation year. The main focus of the board is to provide better education for the students. Almost 3 to 5 lakhs students appear for the examination every year. It is found that the statistics of improvement in the education level among the students have been increased from the earlier days which can also been from the below table.

The above table clearly states that the numbers of students appearing for the examination have increased from the previous 4 years. This increased in the rate of students is remarkable with their passing too. In 2016, it is also marked that almost more than 5.50 lakhs students have appeared for the examination. Also it can be clearly seen form the statistics that the passing percentages of boys are more as compared to girls in every year. It is to be expected that the passing percentage of all students must be 92% for this year and the passing percentage of girls and boys are expected to be 90% and 91% respectively.
