MBA or PGDM or its equivalent with Port and Shipping Experience are desirable.
Senior Managers need above qualifications with 7 yrs experience of which 3 yrs as supervisors. Managers need same qualifications with 5 yrs experience of which 2 yrs as supervisors .
Chief and Senior Managers should be Graduate or PG in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from International or National University with recognition. 10 yrs. of work experience in implementation , planning Projects. Diploma in. Finance or Project Management or Operations Research PG Diploma holders are welcome. Computer skills with experience in Ports and Shipping are desirable.
Managers need same qualifications with 7 yrs. of work experience.
