MSAMB Recruitment 2016 – Accounts Asst, Additional Director & Other Posts:

Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board also, known as MSAMB which has taken up the job and the responsibility to look after agricultural produce and welfare. MSAMB mainly looks after the smooth functioning of the markets and market area, so that the seller and the buyer of the commodities sold, both, are benefited and without any hassles this give and take relationship takes place. State level plans are executed to improve these market areas by MSAMB. Also, if there are any obstacles or problems existing in the market areas, it is discussed with Market committees and solves all problems is carried on. It can make various aims and regulations relating to good agricultural produce which can be latter sold into the market.

MSAMB which is known as Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board is recruiting fresh candidates for the job positions of

Notification:

All India Institute of medical Sciences is offering 8 seats or job positions in the Institute. Applicants can fill out the forms and submit within 25th May, 2016of the notification first updated.

Required Qualification:

Following are detailed information about the qualification required as per the job requirement,

1. Additional Programme Director:
  • He/she applying for APD must be a specialist in Agriculture Engineer, natural resources management (soil and water conservation), or agronomist.
  • He/she must have at least 8 years of working job experience having all the records in management, over the working years OR
  • He/she must be a graduate from a recognizable university in subjects of Agricultural economics, Management, economics (or any subject which weighs equal to these subjects)
2. Agronomist (PMU):
  • He/she must possess master’s degree in Agriculture or Agronomy or M.Tech or they must be masters in any equivalent weighing subject compared to mentioned above.
  • The must have knowledge about sustainable agriculture and must have idea about soil and water conservation with 5 years of work experience.
  • If applicant has been a part of any project they might be given priority.
3. Accountant (DPMT):
  • He/she must be a graduate or post-graduate in Commerce OR Finance OR Accounting.
  • Post graduates must have 3 years’ experience, while graduates must have 5 years’ experience.
  • Applicants who have been in rural developments project will be given priority.
4. Accounts Assistant:
  • One must be a graduate and have at least 3 years’ experience after the graduation.
  • Applicants who have been in rural developments project will be given priority
  • One must know tally, accounting and MS Office, and Marathi.
  • Any retired officer from Government will be given first priority.
5. Gender Expert (PMU):
  • He/she must be a graduate from a recognized university in subjects such as management, rural management and economics subjects.
  • They must have least 7 years’ experience (in related fields)
  • Applicants will only be hired by PMU only if they are considered satisfactory by IFAD.
  • Any retired officer from Government will be given first priority.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (DPMT):
  • He/she must have a post-graduate degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics or in any subject which is equal to the subjects above, from any recognized university.
  • Applicants will only be hired by PMU only if they are considered satisfactory by IFAD.
  • Any retired officer from Government will be given first priority.

Selection Process:

  1. In the written-exam, the applicant will be served with questions ranging from testing their General Knowledge, rational-skills, English-skills, and Reasoning Ability. So, little bit of background reference of books must be done.
  2. After, passing this written test, applicant will be e-mailed for further process and whether they are being called for interview process.
  3. In interview, the applicant will be judged on their presence of their mind and answering skills.

  5. Competitive tests will be kept from various Institutes and the results will be declared, also a merit-list will be prepared.
  6. It is the decision of MSAMB for which post there will be conductance of examination and for which there will be no examinations.
  7. All the Applications submitted will be verified and accordingly, candidates selected will be short-listed.
  8. The list will be Either displayed on the website itself, or either the applicant will be sent notification through email.
  9. When the applicant has completed their Interview or written test, they will be called for the next round through email. Henceforth, valid email must be submitted.
  10. Also, the call-letter might not be sent through mail and hence, the applicant must maintain the print out and carry with them while reaching the premises for further round.
  11. The shortlisted applicants according to the merit or according to reservation will be displayed.
