Kerala SSLC Results 2016:

Kerala is a South State in India which lies on the extreme south-western region of India.  The State came into existence on 1st November 1956. The total area it covers is 38,863 km2. It is surrounded by Karnataka, Tamil Nadu. As per the 2011 census, the population in the state was 33 million. The State is further divided into 14 districts and the Capital of the state is Thiruvananthapuram. Kerala is known due to its higher literacy rate that is 93.9% which is the highest amongst the states in India.

About Kerala Board SSLC:

The education board in Kerala is known as Board of Higher Secondary Education. The Education board was initiated by the State Government of Kerala. The syllabus of the affiliated schools is prepared by the Kerala Education Board. The Board has numerous government schools and private schools under its jurisdiction. The main aim of Kerala Education Board is to improve the quality of Education in Kerala irrespective of what the costs. Their aim is to maximize the literacy rate to 100% from its current 93.9%.

Kerala SSLC Results from 2016:

Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Conducts its SSLC Class 10th Results 2016 will be declared on 27th April 2016. After a lot of speculations about the results date, the speculations are finally over. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan which conducts Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) 10th Examination announced it. The Examinations are conducted for certifying the candidate to proceed to higher educations after secondary schooling level i.e. 10th Standard. At the successful completion of exams, the marks are evaluated and qualifying students gets the certificate with which they can pursue their field of interest i.e. +1 and +2. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan conducted Kerala SSLC Examinations 2016 from 9th March to 23rd March 2016. As all the candidates of the entire state appear for the examinations at the same time hence, it is a massive exam which held across 2903 centres in Kerala.

Instructions to Check Kerala SSLC Results 2016:

The moment of panic is just a few hours away. Hence, it is required to note down the steps to check the results efficiently.

Follow the given instructions to check the Results –

  • The candidate is required to go to the official website where the results are going to be announced that is or
  • On opening the result page, the candidate will be prompted to enter the Registration Number, Name and Roll Number.
  • Once the candidates click on Submit button, the results will be shown.
  • The candidate can take the printout of the result for future use.

Every year approximately 4.7 students appear for the Class 10th examination. As per the statistics provided in a report, last year around 4,61,542 candidates appeared for the examination out of which 4,68,243 candidates were qualified.

AS per the statistics available for previous years, the expected results are as follows-

As seen in the statistics of previous years and the expected cut off of this year, it is assumed that out of the total candidates who appeared for the examination this year, the overall passing percentage is 96.75% which includes 97.43% girls and 95% boys.

As the results will be declared on 27th April on the official portal, the candidates will be nervous about their performance and results. However, as per the statistical data of last year is concerned, it is expected that more percentage of candidates will get successfully pass this year’s examination.
