Cut Off Marks:
The minimum cut off marks are employed while evaluating the semester and annual examinations for each and every academic discipline. The students who secure less than the cut off marks are deemed failed. They have the opportunity to get their answer sheets reevaluated or they can appear for supplementary examinations. The revaluation application requires payment of Rs. 500 with Rs. 100 as late fee for each and every subject paper which needs re-valuation. Students who fail to secure cut off marks after revaluation have no other option but to apply for backlog examinations.
Merit lists are prepared to select students for PG courses. The PG entrance points as well as the qualifying exam i.e. Graduate degree percentage are taken into consideration to prepare the general merit lists for various Masters degrees. The total points allotted are equal to the entrance points. The tabulated merit list is prepared in the order of roll numbers and details include the application form number, student and parent names, address, and community category i.e. OM, RBA, OSJ, WUP, ST, etc., The general merit list displays the selected students who secure 45% and above as total aggregate percentage at the graduate level with commensurate entrance points.
