As per the statistics are available, an incline in the qualified students has been reported and this year a total of 70.50% students are expected to qualify the exams. In the year 2014, a total of 81,395 students appeared for the examinations which increased to 90,340 students appeared in 2015.
This year, around 1,23,450 students are expected to have appeared for the 10th class exams in the Jammu and Kashmir State Board. Out of the total students appeared this year, 70.50% of candidates are expected to pass the exams which consist of 69.50% of boys and 70.28% of girls. The percentage of girls passing the exams has always been higher compared to boys in every year.
