Overview:

The recruitment panel of Jamia Millia Islamia invites eligible applicants to apply for the multiple posts of Guest Teachers at various departments at JMI. The applicants will require different qualifications in accordance with the department for which they are applying.

Job Description:

Jamia Millia Islamia has issued an advertisement under Jamia Millia Islamia Recruitment, to recruit eligible and talented candidates for the multiple posts of Guest Teachers at JMI. The guest teachers are needed for various departments under the faculties like Engineering and Technology, Education, Natural Science, Social Sciences, Law, Fine Arts, Humanities and Languages & also for centres.

Notification Details:

 Any kind of Notification regarding vacancies or Qualifications according to any departments or the answers to any other queries of the applicants is available on the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia. The candidates selected in the process for the post of Guest teacher will be notified through email by the Selection Panel of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Age Limit:

Details regarding the age limit of the applicants are available on the official website of JMI. Any relaxation in age in regard with applicants belonging to SC/ ST/OBC/ Ex-Serviceman/ PwD categories will be in accordance with the Government of India rules. However a few relaxations may change  as per Organization’s’ norms.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be shortlisted from the total no. of applicants on basis of qualifications, past work experiences and academic records. The final selection will be on basis of personal interviews.

Salary Structure:

The salary of the applicants may vary along with their applying department. But the salary will be fixed and any negotiations in the salary on the art of the applicant are neither expected nor will be entertained. The basic pay scale of the candidates will be from Rs. 1000/- per period subject to Rs. 25000/- per month.

The last date for the applications regarding the post of Guest Teacher for any Department at JMI to reach the respective departments is 22nd July, 2016 between the working hours, i.e. between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
