Job Description:

Required Qualification:

  • Security Officer

The candidates who are contesting for this position are required to be Graduate from any Institution or University with a Computer Course Certification of at least 3 months or Course in Information Technology, etc.

  • Manager

  • Sr. Manager

  • Officer – Credit

The Candidates applying for this position are required to have a 3 year B.Com Degree with at least 60% marks with the addition to PGDBA, or PGDBM, or MBA from any reputed institute or  ICWA or CA or candidates appearing for the final examination of PGDBA or PGDBM or MBA is eligible.

Age Limit:

  • Security Officer

The age limit for the above mentioned is 25 to 40 years as on 01st April 2015 including the relaxation period for all the categories given below.

  • Manager

Selection Process:

The Selection Process for the post of Security Officer will be Group Discussion and Interview. The candidates who qualify the GD will be eligible to attend the Interview and the committee will decide the selection of candidates depending on the caliber and performance and eligibility.

The candidates contesting for the other posts will have to go through Online Examination consisting of 150 marks and the candidate who qualifies the examination will be eligible to attend the Interview Round and at the Interview Round, the selection committee will decide the enrollment of the applicants based on eligibility, caliber, performance, and interview.

Bank Of India Recruitment 2016- for the post of Engagement Faculty for Bank of India.

Overview:

Bank of India, a leading public sector bank invites application from Indian nationals for the position of Faculty at Giridih.  Bank of India has its functioning head office in Mumbai.  The faculty position is for a contractual period of 1 year duration. The RSETI scheme is sponsored by Bank of India, where the bank employs candidates to impart training to rural youth for their self-employment and bringing awareness among rural masses on financial literacy through its RSETI centres located in different districts of the state.  Bank of India looks forward for employing individuals for faculty to provide financial awareness and engagement services in the role of Faculty/Office Assistant on an Annual Contract basis at the RSETI centres.

Job Description:

The role of the faculty will be to provide helpful assistance to the director of the RSETI centres to conduct training and awareness Programmes, logging of application, candidate selection, annual action plan preparation, training logistics program, and handling education sessions.  The role also includes preparation of notes and training materials as directed by the manager.

Total number of position: 30 on contract basis for a period of one year.

Required Qualification:

Candidates who wish to apply for the post are required to have a minimum of bachelor’s degree recognized by state government or deemed university recognized by the government.  Candidates who possess appropriate qualifications equivalent to degree are also considered for the position, provided their registration with the organization is current and valid.

Age Limit:

Age limit is set from 18 to 45 years of age for candidates.

Age can be relaxed for a period of 3 years for OBC candidates

Selection Process:

Salary Structure:

TERMS OF SERVICE:

  1. 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the faculty on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse. Last date for submission of application is -15.09.2015. The date of interview will be decided with due consultation with higher authorities and committee for the same.
  2. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects.
